Chandler Phillips is a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and teens (ages 6–17), as well as adults navigate anxiety, stress, depression, bullying, transitioning family dynamics, self-esteem, identity, and conflict management. At Integrative Psychiatric Services (IPS), she creates a space grounded in trust where young people and families are seen, supported, and encouraged to grow.
Chandler earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University (2018) and her Master of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work (2023). She previously worked as a Children and Adolescent Therapist in a private, in-community practice and served as a Community Manager for various art wellness organizations. These experiences have shaped her approach to supporting individuals and families across diverse settings.

Chandler is LGBTQIA+ affirming and passionate about supporting the diverse communities of Georgia. She believes that the qualities that make people different can be a source of continued growth, understanding, and celebration.
Outside of IPS, Chandler enjoys meditation, yoga, writing, and time in nature. She also enjoys hobbies including soccer, improv, salsa, and running.
