Isabella Tremble is a pre-licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, substance use recovery, and major life transitions. At Integrated Psychiatric Services (IPS), she is a valued member of the multidisciplinary care team, contributing a trauma-informed, collaborative, and deeply person-centered approach to mental health care.
Isabella earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University in 2025, following her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Georgia State University in 2022. She has built a strong clinical foundation across partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), academic, athletic, and community settings—experiences that have shaped her belief in the power of resilience, identity, and connection in the healing process.
Her therapeutic style integrates evidence-based practices with a focus on creativity, meaning-making, and mind–body awareness. Modalities she frequently draws from include:
Whether clients are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, Isabella strives to create a space where they can slow down, reflect, and rebuild. She believes healing happens in relationships—with ourselves, with others, and with the stories that have shaped who we are. Her work centers empowerment, curiosity, and honoring each client’s lived experience.
At IPS, Isabella works closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated, wraparound support. Her current clinical focus includes adolescents (15 plus) and adults navigating trauma, identity exploration, and long-standing emotional patterns.
Above all, Isabella is committed to providing a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful change. She is currently welcoming new clients aged 15 and older.
