Her experience includes working with mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, psychotic spectrum conditions, trauma, and grief.

Brandy is also co-developer of the “Brock-Johnson Method,” a hybrid therapeutic
curriculum that blends elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
DBT, and original tools to support clients in recovery—an approach now used in
substance use treatment programs.
At IPS, Brandy works in close collaboration with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners,
and fellow therapists to ensure each client receives coordinated, wraparound care
Her current focus includes work with adolescents (16+) and adults navigating
trauma, grief, identity exploration, and long-standing emotional patterns.
Brandy’s writing and clinical voice have been recognized in the wider counseling
community, including her article “Changing the Conversation Around Grief” featured
in
the January 2024 LPCA of Georgia publication, and her guest appearance on
Mindful Mornings with Dr. Matt in March 2024.
Above all, Brandy strives to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel
respected, heard, and empowered. She is currently welcoming new clients aged 16
and older.
