Brandy Brock, MA, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers a trauma-informed, integrative approach to therapy rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client’s lived experience. At Integrated Psychiatric Services (IPS), Brandy works as part of a multidisciplinary team, partnering closely with medical providers to support thoughtful, coordinated mental health care.

Brandy earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023, following her Bachelor of Arts in History in 2019. She has extensive experience in  

 

 

Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care, where she has worked with individuals navigating complex and co-occurring mental health concerns. Her clinical background includes mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, and grief.

Her clinical style is integrative and deeply person-centered, drawing from a wide range of evidence-based and holistic modalities, including:

Brandy is also a co-developer of the Brock-Johnson Method, a hybrid therapeutic curriculum that integrates ACT, DBT, and original clinical tools to support recovery and long-term emotional regulation. This approach is currently implemented within substance use treatment programming.

Her clinical voice and writing have been recognized within the counseling community, including her article “Changing the Conversation Around Grief,” published in the January 2024 LPCA of Georgia newsletter, and her guest appearance on Mindful Mornings with Dr. Matt in March 2024.


Brandy prioritizes a therapeutic environment that supports thoughtful clinical work and sustained therapeutic change. She currently works with adolescents (ages 16+) and adults who are navigating trauma, grief, identity exploration, and long-standing emotional or relational patterns.
