in certain cases. For patients prescribed controlled substances, at least one in-person visit per year is required. Telehealth appointments
simply require a stable internet connection — please note that visits cannot be conducted
from a moving vehicle.
A parent must be present for a minor’s appointment, and the minor patient must also be
present for the appointment.
We understand that schedules can change. Since your appointment time is set aside just
for you, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance (during business hours) if
you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer that time to another patient who may be
waiting. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a $50 fee (Medication
Management) and an $85 fee (Therapy).
